2010 Range Rover 5.0L Supercharged – ECU Tune Results

Today I dynoed the brand new 2010 Range Rover HSE 5.0L Supercharged. This car is the ultimate in luxury SUVs. No matter what the task, the Range Rover series by Land Rover can keep up with what ever obstacles your daily life throws at it. Last year’s 4.4-liter V8 and supercharged 4.2-liter V8 has been replaced by an all-new direct-injection 5.0-liter V8s. The base V8 is rated at 375 horsepower, a significant 70-hp bump over last year’s model. While the supercharged V8, cranks out a whopping 501 hp, which is a 101-horse improvement! When tuned, great gains were seen on the dyno as well as improvement to drivability. The power increase from an ecu tune was proven on the dyno to be +35wHp & +28wTq @ 6300rpm. Take a look at the results below. Stay tuned for more results as this car will have a supercharger pulley kit installed in the coming weeks.
