You can now Flash Tune your Mercedes Benz via the OBD2 diagnostic port! No more downtime, while sending in your ECU for tuning. Flash your vehicle and switch maps at your convenience…… We are pleased to announce the new release of E-Z Flash flash loaders, now available for Mercedes Benz owners through OE Tuning! Until now only OE Tuning flash dealer tools supported this option. Now you can do it yourself! E-Z Flash pictured above.

1. Flash/load tunes to ME9.7 ECUs – 230, 280, 300, 350, 450, 550, 63AMG

2. For those who purchase an E-Z Flash loader, the ECU does not require opening or removing from the vehicle.

3. C63 (M156) Tune Price – $995

4. 230, 280, 300, 350, 450, 550 Tune Price – $395-495

5. E-Z Flash, flash loader – $200

6. Combined price of ECU Tune with E-Z Flash loader for M156 63AMGs – $1195 (SLS AMG – $1995)

7. Combined price of ECU Tune with E-Z Flash loader for 230, 280, 300, 350, 450, 550 – $595-695

8. Each E-Z Flash comes with a 4x map pack – Factory stock, Valet, Tuned Premium pump-gas, 100 octane RACE

9. Each additional re-tune is $100-200. Please contact us for more details.
10. Preexisting OE Tuning customers can purchase E-Z Flash without problem. Your true original read can be loaded onto E-Z Flash along with your tune.

11. Non OE Tuning customers can have other tuners tune loaded for $220 additional to E-Z Flash purchase. ECU must be sent in to OE Tuning to do this.

12. OE Tuning will NOT support any OE Tuning products on another tuner’s flash loader. OE Tuning support/warranty will be voided if this occurs.

Here are the results from recent tuning of a Mercedes Benz C230. This vehicle has a W203 chassis, and is running the 2.5L V6 power plant. The modifications to this specific vehicle made prior to tuning are: headers and exhaust. The dynograph displayed represents the vehicle’s Baseline before tuning vs. Tuned runs. The gains seen to the wheel were +9.8wTq@3850rpm & +8.9wHp@6250rpm. Performance and drivability are improved along with top speed limiter being removed. BMW E9x N/A In-line 6 Valvetronic – Dyno Comparison (325i vs 328i vs 330i)

Here are the results from recent testing of 3 BMW E9x vehicles: 325i, 328i & 330i. All vehicles have no modifications to the engine and came in running CA91 premium pump gas. Each graph depicts the baseline (before tuning) vs. after ecu tuning runs. The engine configuration is the same in these vehicles with the exception of the 330i which has a different intake with variable geometry. Exhausts differ slightly also. From a tuning stand point these vehicles differ only slightly with the exception of key maps. Adjustments to the “valvetronic” tables make for safe and easy power gains from tuning. Each tune is a complete product with features like; top speed limiter removal, with improvement to throttle response and all round drivability. Each of these products is available for US$395.95 (from OE tuning dealers and ECU send in) or $595 with E-Z Flash (includes 4x map pack).
